Kayla earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee and trained to become a hearing instrument specialist through the International Hearing Society. An integral part of our practice since 2009, Kayla’s skills grew and thrived alongside the practice — she worked her way from billing to hearing instrument specialist by 2018. She enjoys the ever-evolving technology of hearing aids, and her favorite part of her job is the positive impact she’s able to make on someone’s life. Being a part of that difference is rewarding and encouraging, and it never gets old. An avid University of Tennessee football fan, Kayla and her husband are proud parents to two miracle babies, ages 2 and 4.
